Community Notice: Pavement Striping – Friday, May 15

The Trebisky Woods HOA will be completing pavement striping throughout the community on Friday, May 15. This work will include the addition of new “No Parking” striping on Makayla Court, as well as additional “No Parking” striping at various high‑traffic and easily congested corners throughout the neighborhood. These updates follow the City of Richmond Heights’ confirmation that the full length of Makayla Court is private HOA property.

To support this work and ensure safety, please ensure that no vehicles belonging to your household or guests are parked on the street or in guest parking areas on Friday, May 15. Vehicles should be parked in garages or home driveways.

These improvements support safety, emergency access, and long‑term roadway maintenance. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation as these standards are implemented.
